This grant supports undergraduate students with no prior exposure to or experience in Asia to pursue a meaningful immersion opportunity in Asia. Typically such an immersion opportunity will take the shape of a research project, conducted either independently or in collaboration with a lab or organization. Other types of immersion opportunities, such as service projects or language study, will also be considered for funding.
