A talk by Donghan Yang, Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago on economic cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the US Midwest. 

Mr. Donghan Yang serves as the Deputy Consul General of the Korean Consulate General in Chicago from 2017. Previously, Mr. Donghan Yang served as the Director of Planning and Finance, and the Director of North America and EU Trade at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Seoul, Korea. He also worked as Senior Advisor to the Minister of Trade.

Mr. Donghan Yang’s overseas postings include Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Manila; Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Korea in Geneva; Counselor at the Embassy in Libreville; and First Secretary at the Embassy in Washington, DC. He has a Master’s Degree from UC San Diego, and a BA in Political Science from Seoul National University.
