Howard Chiang, associate professor of history at the University of California, Davis, delivered the lecture "Trans Sans Frontières: Transtopia, the Asia Pacific, and the Politics of Historical Difference" on September 7, 2022, for the lecture series Border Crossings in Asian Humanities by the Liu Institute.
