The Notre Dame Student Coaltion for Immigration Advocacy (SCIA) kicked off its annual Immigration Week Monday, 2/22 by watching the documentary Harvest of Empire: A History of Latinos in America. This year, the SCIA acknowledges the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy through its program title, "Year of Mercy: Giving a Voice to the Silenced."
