Ma Ying-jeou, the former president of Taiwan, visited the University of Notre Dame on Sunday, November 20, 2016 for the Asia Leadership Forum, sponsored by the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies. During his visit, the Honorable Ma gave a keynote address on Taiwan's Changing Role in Asia and the World, attended a student dinner, and participated in a roundtable discussion.
