Keough School master of global affairs alumni Theresa Puhr MGA ’20 and Steven Wagner MGA ’19 have been appointed Presidential Management Fellows. Both worked closely with the Liu Institute during their time at Notre Dame, and, in particular, studied independently with Institute Director Michel Hockx, using policy materials to improve their Chinese language reading and speaking skills. We congratulate their achievements in earning coveted positions in a prized and selective leadership development program sponsored by the US government.
