Director of Undergraduate Studies

Alexander Hsu

Professor Alexander Hsu, the Liu Institute's director of undergraduate studies (DUS), guides students who are enrolled in or seeking enrollment in the supplementary major in Asian studies, the minor in Asian studies, and the supplementary major in global affairs with a concentration in Global Asia through the Keough School of Global Affairs.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to help students explore Asia and Asian studies at Notre Dame,” Hsu says. “I've been studying in or about Asia since college, and it's never stopped inciting my wonder. If you're similarly curious or passionate about Asia, I'd be happy to help you plan your itinerary.”
