Liu Institute launches 2024-25 Year in Review

2024-25 Year in Review for the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies, Keough School of Global Affairs, featuring a vibrant purple orchid.

The Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies has released an all-digitalĀ 2024-25 Year in Review, which captures the past academic year through features of new faculty fellows, support of Asia-related research and projects, and graduates of the Asian Studies supplementary major and minor.

Additional highlights for this year include publishing a new strategic plan, receiving endowments from alumni Paul Roberts and Tim Andree, organizing the 2024 Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs, hosting activist Helen Zia for the Asian American Distinguished Speaker Series, and facilitating the US-China Relations student conference with a keynote lecture by Keough School Dean Mary Gallagher.
