Victoria Hui, associate professor of political science, studies global struggles for freedom, contentious politics in China, US-China relations, and Hong Kong. She is a faculty fellow of the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies, the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, and the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, all within the Keough School of Global Affairs. She also serves as a faculty affiliate of the O'Brien Notre Dame International Security Center.
