On October 22, 2020, the Liu Institute hosted a lecture by American Studies professor Jennifer Huynh. This informative talk analyzed the representation of Asians and Asian Americans in US media during the coronavirus pandemic. Huynh drew her analysis upon a unique dataset of 292 front-page newspaper photographs published between April and May 2020.
