Andrea Ghiselli of Fudan University will present his new book Protecting China's Interests Overseas (Oxford University Press).
Eugene Gholz, Notre Dame Department of Political Science, will chair the event, which features discussants Joshua Eisenman, Notre Dame Keough School of Global Affairs and Liu Institute faculty fellow, and Ilaria Carrozza, Peace Research Institute Oslo.
