Celebrate Seollal, the Korean Lunar New Year, through a warm and interactive cultural session! Learn how Koreans perform 세배 (sebae) to greet elders, explore the meaning of 세뱃돈 (sebaetdon) — the New Year’s money given with blessings — and discover how this tradition reflects respect and good wishes.
Participants will then color their own 복주머니 (fortune pouch) and bring it to the front to receive a piece of our “Sweet Sebaetdon,” a chocolate treat inspired by the real tradition.
